I recently stayed at a charming hotel located just a few minutes away from the bustling main square. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with a lovely ensuite bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The breakfast spread was delicious and varied, offering a taste of local cuisine. The rooftop terrace provided panoramic views of the city, creating the perfect spot to unwind after a long day of exploring.

The staff sometimes struggled with attention to detail, which resulted in minor inconveniences.

I had a really lovely experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable just next door to the centre, the Hermes palace. The pool area was nice too. You won't be disappointed if you stay in Medina district.

The hotel was located in the center of the Medina, making it convenient for exploring the city. The staff were friendly and helpful, even preparing a packed breakfast for our early departure. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop terrace provided a great view.

Staying at Riad Zhor was an lovely experience. The moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted and treated like family. The staff were great too ensure my comfort and satisfaction throughout my stay. The riad itself was beautifully decorated, with candlelight and aromatic scents creating a magical atmosphere. Every day, fresh flowers adorned the spaces, adding to the charm. My room opened onto a lovely courtyard, giving it a traditional and authentic feel. The morning sun gently streamed in, making the room cozy and inviting. The bed was comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. the riad boasted a fine roof terrace, offering amazing views of the city and the Atlas Mountains. Breakfast in the courtyard, surrounded by orange trees, was a good experience. Riad Zhor surpassed my expectations, and I highly recommend it to everyone seeking a beautiful and tranquil stay.

Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as the difficulty in finding the riad on my own and the intermittent wifi connectivity, these were easily overlooked in light of the overall really good experience. I would wholeheartedly recommend Riad Zhor to anyone visiting the area.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional and the room had a beautiful Moroccan aesthetic. Convenient location near the souks and great restaurants. Lovely rooftop terrace with pool. Would highly recommend.

We had an incredibly pleasant stay at this hotel. The location, tucked away in a quiet alley in the heart of the Medina, provided the perfect balance of being close to the main attractions while still enjoying a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The service was prompt and efficient, with room service, car hire, and laundry services readily available. The hotel also offered an airport shuttle, making our arrival and departure hassle-free. The welcome drink upon arrival was a nice touch and set the tone for the rest of our stay.

Although the staff were helpful, we noticed that they could improve their customer service skills. However, this minor issue did not detract from our overall experience at this hotel.
